Addons ​

Introduction ​

Addons extend UddoktaPay functionality with additional features and integrations. View available addons, manage installed ones, and purchase new capabilities.

Access Addons from Administration → System Settings → Addons.

Available Addons ​

  • Liquid (ResellerCamp)

  • Orderbox (ResellerCamp)

  • Role Management

Manage Addon ​

For installed addons, click Manage to access addon-specific configuration.

What happens:

  • Opens addon settings page
  • Configure addon features
  • Enable/disable addon functionality
  • Adjust addon-specific options

Each addon has its own management interface with unique settings.

Purchase Addon ​

For addons not included in your license, click Purchase to buy the addon.

Purchase process:

  1. Click Purchase on the addon card
  2. Redirects to my.uddoktapay.com
  3. Review addon pricing and features
  4. Complete purchase
  5. Return to panel
  6. Go to Administration → License
  7. Click Refresh License
  8. Addon appears in Available Addons list
  9. Features become accessible

TIP

After purchasing an addon at my.uddoktapay.com, always click Refresh License in Administration → License to activate the addon in your panel.

Checking Your Addons ​

To see which addons are included in your license:

  1. Go to Administration → License
  2. Scroll to Available Addons section
  3. Compare with Addons page to see what's available

Best Practices ​

Before purchasing:

  • Review addon features and use cases
  • Check if addon solves your specific need
  • Verify license compatibility
  • Review pricing at my.uddoktapay.com

After installation:

  • Click Manage to configure addon settings
  • Read addon-specific documentation
  • Test addon features in development first
  • Train staff on new addon capabilities

Troubleshooting ​

Addon not appearing after purchase

Problem: Purchased addon doesn't show in panel.

Solution:

  1. Verify purchase completed at my.uddoktapay.com
  2. Go to Administration → License
  3. Click Refresh License
  4. Check Available Addons section
  5. If still missing, contact support with purchase receipt

Manage button does nothing

Problem: Clicking Manage doesn't open settings.

Solution:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Clear browser cache
  3. Try different browser
  4. Check browser console for errors
  5. Verify addon is properly installed

Purchase link broken

Problem: Purchase button doesn't redirect.

Solution:

  1. Check internet connection
  2. Verify my.uddoktapay.com is accessible
  3. Try clicking again
  4. Copy URL manually and visit in new tab
  5. Contact support if link consistently fails
