FAQ

Introduction

The FAQ section allows you to publish answers to common customer questions that appear on your checkout page. When customers click the FAQ button during payment, they can quickly find important information without leaving the checkout flow.

Access FAQ from Brand Settings → FAQ to manage your frequently asked questions.

Where FAQs appear:
Checkout page FAQ button (visible to all customers during payment)

Who sees them:
Customers making payments through your checkout, payment links, or invoices

Create FAQ

Click New FAQ to add a frequently asked question.

Title (required)
The customer's question.

  • Write as a question customers would ask
  • Keep clear and specific
  • Examples: "How long does payment verification take?", "What payment methods do you accept?", "Can I get a refund?"

Content (required)
Your answer to the question.

  • Provide clear, concise information
  • Answer the question completely
  • Include timeframes or specifics when relevant
  • Keep language simple and customer-friendly

Status (toggle)
Enable to show immediately on checkout.

  • Toggle on (blue) — FAQ visible to customers
  • Toggle off (gray) — FAQ saved but hidden
  • Can be changed after creation

Title:
How long does verification take?

Content:
Most payments are verified instantly. Some banks may take up to 5 minutes. If your payment isn't verified after 10 minutes, please contact our support team.

Edit FAQ

Click Edit from the actions menu to modify an existing FAQ.

Editable fields:

  • Title — Update the question
  • Content — Revise the answer
  • Status — Enable/disable visibility

Changes take effect immediately on the checkout page after saving.

Troubleshooting

FAQ not visible on checkout

Possible causes:

  • Status is toggled off (disabled)
  • FAQ was deleted
  • Browser cache showing old version

Solution:

  • Check Active toggle is on (blue)
  • Clear browser cache and refresh
  • Verify FAQ still exists in list

Wrong display order

FAQs appear in different order than expected.

Solution:

  • Use drag-and-drop to reorder
  • Refresh checkout page to verify
  • Check if multiple admins are editing simultaneously

Typo or incorrect information

Answer contains outdated or wrong information.

Solution:

  • Click Edit on the FAQ
  • Update content
  • Save changes
  • Changes appear immediately

Too many FAQs

Checkout FAQ section looks cluttered.

Solution:

  • Disable less common questions
  • Keep only 5-8 most important
  • Combine related questions
  • Delete duplicate or outdated FAQs

TIP

A few clear, well-written FAQs are more helpful than many long, complicated ones. Focus on quality over quantity to help customers complete payments faster.

Changes to FAQ content appear immediately on the checkout page. Always review your changes before saving to avoid publishing errors or incorrect information to customers.
